It winds/retracts smoothly and the hose is soft and flexible. Mounting was pretty simple, though I did it in a different way than usual. I mounted the real to a piece of 2x6 with the included bolts, then screwed the 2x6 into the ceiling, being sure to get six 3.5” screws into the joists.

This is a nice hose reel. It's higher quality than some of the "off-brand" units I've seen for the same price. The retraction is smooth and mounting is easy. The hose is good quality. If you're looking for a solid, well-made, air hose reel this is a good choice.

For the most part, I am very happy with this hose reel. I got a 100' long one, and it is every bit of that, and from what I can tell, it is actually a few feet longer. The hose seems to be nice quality, and the housing is nice too.

It was easy to mount the Glahoden enclosed retractable air hose real to a wood 2x4. It came with all the hardware I needed to mount and connect it to my air compressor. The mounting bracket allows the hose real to swing out of the way when not in use. The air hose is flexible and looks rugged enough.

Largely purchased this air reel because of the favorable reviews. Haven't had any issue since purchase in November 2023. Would definitely recommend this reel.

Very easy to install and the quality is good. I installed a pile just for the hose set so i can move around if i needed. But you can definitely install on the wall as well!
