At GLAHODEN, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 60 days of delivery under the following conditions. Please review the following policy to understand how we handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons (Change of Mind)

Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, with original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, please email support@glahoden.com within 30 days of delivery:

Order number
Reason for the return

Once we have reviewed and approved your return request, we will provide you a prepaid shipping label.
Please repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all cords, parts, and the manual are included, as they were when you first received it. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns for Quality Issues (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

Contact us at support@glahoden.com as soon as you receive the package.
Include:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will provide a replacement product, or a full refund, free of charge.

Refund

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your item.
Approved refunds are issued by GLAHODEN Corp. every Friday.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Refunds apply only to purchases made through glahoden.com. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers or distributors.
