Free Shipping in the U.S.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.)

 

Order Processing

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

  • Processing time does not include credit verification or delays due to stock availability.

 

Shipping Time

  • Shipping time is usually 3–7 business days.

  • Pre-order items ship separately once they arrive at our local warehouse.

  • Accessories purchased separately will also ship separately.

Note: Delivery time includes both processing and shipping.

 

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics, depending on your location and product availability.

If you check out using PayPal, please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We’re unable to modify PayPal shipping addresses once the order is submitted.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Click the tracking number to view updates directly on the carrier’s website.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your account at Glahoden, selecting Order Status under the Support menu, and entering your order number and email address or tracking number.
